I’m a designer and illustrator who is passionate about gardening and in particular growing fruit and vegetables on my allotment.

On the home page, you can read about my allotment. There are posts about what and how I grow, how I combat pests and diseases, and how I store and preserve my harvests, along with as many photos as possible.

The shop page shows some of the items that are for sale in my Etsy shop. You can click on the link on that page, or the orange Etsy badge below, to visit the shop.

I also keep a little journal where I practice my drawing skills by documenting my allotment journey in ink and watercolours.

I attempted to put a reel together for the first time, but it just kept crashing the app 🤦‍♀️ so I gave up and have added my videos to my stories - go and check it out (now in my highlights under 2021 harvest) to see some of our harvests today, including these Borlotti beans. #allotmentharvest
The first ripe Sakura sweet peppers from @seaspringseeds are here. Looks like we’re in for a bit of sunny weather next week which will be perfect for ripening more of these along with tomatoes and chillies.
And a few other dishes beside these. Always happy to have a glut of courgettes (aka zucchini). 😁

That’s the overwintering onions harvested. They’re not the greatest specimens, a bit mixed in sizes but I’m sure they’ll be tasty. They’re now drying on a rack in my shed. What was meant to be a dry week has been quite the opposite! 💦
I haven’t had much time for working on my journal lately, but this is a quick sketch I did last night to sum up all the produce we’ve been harvesting and eating over the past couple of months.
